Stravalyzer loads your own “Strava” activities,
segment efforts, followers and friends locally to your mobile device for you to
browser online or offline. This information is not shared with any other
service or organization.You must successfully authenticate with “Strava”
to initially load this information to your device, you also need to authenticate
with Strava to synchronise all your new activities with the locally stored
ones. Once authenticated all communications between “Strava” and your device
take place using a secure internet protocol (“HTTPS”). Once your activities are
loaded locally to your device you can browse them without a network connection,
although some information may not be available in offline mode.
Stravalyzer allows you to track your
geographical position during your activity so that it may be securely uploaded
to your “Strava” account for post activity analysis. This information is
transmitted using a secure internet protocol (“HTTPS”). Your location information
is only shared with “Strava” and no other service or organization.
If
ACS Ltd makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Policy, these
changes will be posted on the Site in a timely manner. If ACS Ltd decides to
change this Privacy Policy, it will post those changes on this Privacy Policy
and other places ACS Ltd deems appropriate, which may include the Site, for a
period of time ACS Ltd deems appropriate, so that you are aware of what
information ACS Ltd collects, how ACS Ltd uses it, and under what
circumstances, if any, ACS Ltd discloses it. ACS Ltd reserves the right to
modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. In case
of a business transaction in which a portion or all of ACS Ltd’s business is
acquired, ACS Ltd will notify you as described above in this paragraph.
While
ACS Ltd continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data
transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and ACS
Ltd cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to
Strava. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
